KRF organized a meeting with students of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University on the topic "The Role of Solidarity in the Revival of Karabakh"

On September 28, a meeting was held with students of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU) on the topic "The Role of Solidarity in the Revival of Karabakh" aimed at educating the youth.

The meeting, organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) and held within the framework of the "#KarabakhTalks" discussion platform, was attended by the Chairman of the Executive Board of Fund's Rahman Hajiyev, the Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Jafar Jafarov, as well as the teaching staff and nearly 400 students of ASPU.

First and foremost, a minute of silence was observed in honor of our beloved martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our homeland.

In his opening speech at the meeting, the Rector of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Jafar Jafarov spoke about the main tasks ahead of us after the magnificent victory we achieved in the Patriotic War.

Emphasizing the great responsibility that falls on young people and students in this field, the rector mentioned the commendable participation of students in the discussions and events related to the revival of Karabakh.

Then, a video presentation dedicated to our historical monuments destroyed by Armenian occupiers in Karabakh was showcased.

The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund Rahman Hajiyev, delivered a presentation, providing detailed information to the participants about the scope of main activities, accomplished work and planned projects of the KRF based on the decree issued by President Ilham Aliyev on January 4, 2021.

Rahman Hajiyev mentioned that comprehensive restoration and reconstruction works are currently underway in the liberated territories to quickly eliminate the consequences of the damage and transform Karabakh into a prosperous region, emphasizing the importance of solidarity in this process.

Discussing the role of youth in the revival of Karabakh, Rahman Hajiyev highlighted the importance of regular meetings with students in this regard.

Then, a video presentation showcasing the events and meetings organized by the Karabakh revival Fund was displayed.

Following the speeches, the meeting continued with discussions and a question-and-answer session. Students actively participated in the Q&A session, addressing various questions to Rahman Hajiyev, who answered them.

It is worth noting that the Karabakh Revival Fund has previously held educational meetings with youth and students at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), Baku State University (BSU), Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) and Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Similar meetings are planned to be held in other educational institutions as well.
