“Baku Marathon”

The annual "Baku Marathon", organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, aims to support the development of sports in Azerbaijan and promote a healthy lifestyle among the population.

The Karabakh Revival Fund has been a partner of the marathon for the past two years (2023 and 2024), held under the slogan "Win the Wind".

In the marathon’s fan zone, the “Marathon Garden” green pavilion, specially designed by the Karabakh Revival Fund, attracted significant interest from participants.

Visitors to the pavilion – including prominent public figures, veterans of the Patriotic War, youth, foreign guests, and other marathon participants – received detailed information about projects initiated and financially supported by the Karabakh Revival Fund.

Visitors also had the opportunity to learn about the ecological genocide – ecocide – committed by Armenian occupiers in Karabakh.

Members of the Baku Marathon Club represented the Karabakh Revival Fund in the "Baku Marathon" races. More than 70 club members, alongside KRF staff, competed under the slogan " Win for Karabakh!"
