The mission of the Karabakh Revival Fund is to support measures taken to restore and reconstruct the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as transform these territories into a region with sustainable economy and high prosperity.
According to various experiences and studies, “reconstruction” in combination with the idea of “solidarity” promises effective results. The elimination of the bitter consequences of wars that have occurred throughout history, the process of restoration and reconstruction after the war was built on the idea of “solidarity”, the synergy of the efforts of the public and the state, and this unity has ensured the rapid restoration of the war-torn regions.
Acceleration of the restoration of our liberated territories, their reconstruction and transformation of into a region with sustainable economy and high prosperity necessitates public support for the state. The synergy between the public (including the diaspora) and the state will provide additional resources, alleviating, to some extent, the burden on the state budget. Our strength lies in our unity.
To disclose information required by law or business practice to relevant institutions and the public in a timely manner. The Karabakh Revival Fund, based on the Charter approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, considers ensuring transparency as a top priority. The Fund emphasizes that, in addition to its accountability to relevant government agencies as established by law, it is also accountable to society.
To operate in a manner that aligns with the interests of the environment and society as a whole.
To treat donors, partners, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders (interested parties) with respect and courtesy, regardless of age, gender, ethnic identity, religion, physical disability, or educational background.
To treat donors, partners, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders with courtesy and respect, without arrogance, to perceive the Fund as just one element of a larger team consisting of various institutions working to revive the liberated territories.
To achieve a steady growth in the assets of the Fund through constant increase in transferred donations and to ensure that the implemented projects are financed solely through the profit gained from the management of the unencumbered assets.
To become a sustainable Fund that supports the transformation of the liberated territories into a region with sustainable economy and high prosperity, and that bases its activities on modern environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles.
Establishing and managing mutual relations by closely uniting various stakeholders around the idea of ‘the Revival of Karabakh’ with the purpose of attracting extensive resources from Azerbaijani business, society and diaspora to this significant work.
