Tural Babashah oglu Ganjaliyev was born on March 6, 1980, in Shusha.
Due to the occupation of Shusha, he temporarily relocated to Baku in May 1992.
In 2000, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at Baku State University, and in 2002, he completed his master’s degree at the same faculty with honors.
Since August 5, 2004, he has held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2008 to 2011, he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Canada, and from 2014 to 2018, at the Embassy in the Czech Republic.
On December 20, 2018, he was elected Chairman of the Board of the former Public Association "Azerbaijani Community of the Nagorno-Karabakh Region of the Republic of Azerbaijan" by the decision of the association's congress. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Public Association "Return to Karabakh."
In the parliamentary elections held on February 9, 2020, he was elected as a Member of the Milli Majlis (National Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the 122nd Khankendi constituency for the 6th convocation.
In the parliamentary elections held on September 1, 2024, he was elected as a Member of the Milli Majlis (National Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the 122nd Khankendi constituency for the 7th convocation
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 4, 2021, he was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund.
He is proficient in English, French, and Russian.
