Karabakh Revival Fund successfully passes the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit

The Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) has successfully passed the surveillance audit conducted under the ISO 9001:2015 international conformity certificate for the Quality Management System.

Based on the audit results, it was confirmed that the Fund’s management processes fully comply with the requirements of international standards, and that quality control mechanisms are effectively applied at the stages of planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities.

The surveillance audit provided a positive assessment of the continuous improvement of the Fund’s internal procedures, the enhancement of transparency and efficiency, and the sustained application of a quality-driven approach in relations with stakeholders.

It should be recalled that, in August 2024, the Karabakh Revival Fund was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 international conformity certificate for the Quality Management System. This represents an important milestone underscoring the Fund’s commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.

The audit and certification were carried out by specialised international auditors of “TÜV Austria GMBH”, ensuring compliance with the highest international standards.

For information, ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems, aimed at increasing stakeholder satisfaction and enhancing management efficiency through the effective application of process-based systems, trained personnel, and continuous improvement.

It should be noted that, in accordance with the Fund’s Charter approved by a special decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the KRF is tasked with applying advanced corporate governance practices, further strengthening its commitment to excellence.

In addition, in line with the priorities defined and approved by the Supervisory Board, institutional development has been identified as one of the main areas of focus for the period up to 2026.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate reflects the KRF’s commitment to maintaining high quality standards across all operations and activities and, by contributing to robust and sustainable development, directly supports the Fund’s institutional development objectives.

The certification will also strengthen trust and confidence among the Fund’s stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, donors, and the wider community.

The consistent maintenance of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard remains one of the key priorities of the Karabakh Revival Fund’s institutional development strategy, and the Fund aims to continue implementing management practices aligned with international quality standards in its future activities.
