The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev, met with the winners of the 5th “Yukselish” competition, Kamran Alasgarov and Numraddin Huseynov, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.

The Chairman congratulated Kamran Alasgarov and Numraddin Huseynov on becoming winners of the 5th “Yukselish” competition and wished them success in their future endeavors.

During the meeting, productive discussions were held on the professional development of young leaders, further strengthening of their potential, and defining their future areas of activity.

At the same time, detailed information was provided on the large-scale restoration and reconstruction works carried out in the territories liberated from occupation, as well as on the projects implemented by the Karabakh Revival Fund. The contribution of these projects to the socio-economic revival of the region was particularly emphasized.

In addition, within the framework of the Mentorship Program, the development of individual growth plans for the winners, the identification of directions aligned with their interests, and the action plans for the upcoming stage were extensively discussed. Key aspects for ensuring a more effective implementation of the program were reviewed through an exchange of views.

The winners of the 5th “Yukselish” competition, Kamran Alasgarov and Numraddin Huseynov, expressed their gratitude to Rahman Hajiyev for the opportunity and support provided within the Mentorship Program.

It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by a decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 26, 2019. The competition is open to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21 to 51, with higher education and at least two years of managerial experience.

The competition consists of five stages: registration, online selection, on-site stage, semi-final, and final. Winners receive a one-year individual development program under the guidance of executive mentors (https://yukselish.az/mentors), as well as a self-development grant of 20,000 manats each.

It should also be noted that a relevant decree on holding the next, sixth “Yukselish” competition was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 10, 2025.
