Rahman Hajiyev Meets with Winners of the “Yuksalish” Competition

Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev, met once again with the winners of the fifth “Yuksalish” competition, Kamran Alasgarov and Numraddin Huseynov, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.

During the meeting, the professional individual development plans of the young leaders and the practical steps taken in this direction were discussed.

The discussion focused in detail on adapting the defined goals to real working environments and improving management skills. Rahman Hajiyev shared his recommendations on realizing the winners’ potential and applying modern management approaches.

Kamran Alasgarov and Numraddin Huseynov expressed their gratitude to Rahman Hajiyev for the attention and mentorship support provided to them in their personal development process. They noted the importance of regular meetings in terms of professional growth and the effective acquisition of new management skills.

It should be recalled that the “Yuksalish” competition was established by a Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition covers citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 21–51, with higher education and at least two years of management experience.

The competition consists of five stages — registration, online selection, in-person stage, semi-final, and final. Winners of the competition are provided with a one-year individual development plan by executive mentors (https://yukselish.az/mentors) and receive a self-development grant of 20,000 AZN each.

It should also be noted that, regarding the organization of the next, sixth “Yuksalish” competition, a relevant Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 10, 2025.
