Donate trees to Karabakh during the awakening of nature as a gift to its revival! 

The eagerly awaited Novruz holiday, which is also considered the beginning of the New Year, is approaching, celebrated with great joy by the Azerbaijani people.

The arrival of Novruz has been traditionally regarded in Azerbaijan as a manifestation of abundance, blessings, and prosperity throughout the centuries. 

Undoubtedly, nothing in the world can compare to the colors, sounds, and beauties of nature. On the occasion of the Spring holiday, each of us can support the rejuvenation and reawakening of nature in the liberated territories by donating a tree for our native Karabakh. 

To do this, you can visit the Fund's website (https://qdf.gov.az/en/iane-imkanlari/hediyye/novruz-bayrami/), enter either your own name or the name of the person you want to congratulate, select the number of trees you wish to donate and proceed with the donation. 

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, along with the heroic Azerbaijani army, not only liberated our lands from occupation but also revealed the true extent of the devastation in Karabakh, where hundreds of settlements and thousands of buildings were practically wiped off the face of the earth by Armenian occupiers. 

It is known that the damage inflicted is not limited to material objects, historical monuments, and architectural treasures. The ruthless exploitation of natural resources, deforestation, and pollution of rivers and lakes have caused significant harm to the environment of the region.  

The restoration of ecological balance is one of the main priority areas in the activities of the Karabakh Revival Fund.

It is worth mentioning that a "Memorandum of Cooperation" was signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Karabakh Revival Fund with the aim of restoring ecological balance and biodiversity in the liberated territories. As part of this cooperation, the project "From Victory to Revival" has been initiated to restore the forest massif in Zangilan.

The project focuses on planting trees such as Eldar pine, Evergreen cypress, Ash, Honey Locust and Oriental plane, which are suitable for the local climate conditions in Karabakh. The process of tree planting is progressing gradually. Projects for the restoration of natural objects will also continue in other liberated areas.
