Karabakh Revival Fund Becomes Official Partner of the International Carpet Festival
On 12 August 2025, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on amending Order No. 2407 dated 4 January 2021 titled “On approval of the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund”.
As the Karabakh Revival Fund, we inform that this change is not related to changing the composition of the members of the Supervisory Board, but to updating the official titles of the aforementioned members.
We remind that, by Presidential orders dated 5 February 2025, Mukhtar Babayev was relieved of the position of Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and appointed the Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues. Also, the Public Association “Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh”, headed by Tural Ganjaliyev, ceased its activities in April 2021.
In the latest Order of the President, taking into account precisely these changes, corresponding adjustments were made to the official titles of the members of the Supervisory Board. Both Mukhtar Babayev and Tural Ganjaliyev continue to serve as members of the Supervisory Board as before.
