About the Project:

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan is set to provide supervision and consulting services for the restoration and reconstruction works, application of technologies, and restoration of the historical cemetery at the " Panahali Khan and the Imarat complex " located in the city of Aghdam, which is listed as a local historical and cultural monument under state protection.

The grant amount allocated for the implementation of these services is 542,639.00 (five hundred forty-two thousand six hundred thirty-nine) euros.

Within the framework of the aforementioned project, the respective services were executed with the financial support provided by the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF).

Within the framework of the project, the following works were carried out:

• Supervision and consultations at the relevant stages of the complex's design, including the methodology of the restoration project, preparation of the architectural landscape design, and the remains of the building outside the walls of the structure.
• Preparation of technical specifications for the design of internal and external lighting.
• Preparation of the preliminary architectural and landscape design for the entire building area (fenced).
• Determining the technological characteristics of museum content. Design of the museum path for the museum, visitor center, stables, and surrounding areas.
• Preparation of relevant video materials, as well as panels consisting of explanatory text and images.
• Supervision of the implementation of technologies and content for the complex, as well as the creation of interior design and museum experience for the newly built visitor center.
• Production of printed materials (museum interior boards, static signage inside the palace, billboards in the green zone) and museum objects.
• Provision of supervision and consulting services for restoration and conservation works carried out within the complex, as well as the restoration of the historical cemetery.
