Project Participants
Zangilan Region Reforestation Project is a collaborative effort involving various entities, each contributing uniquely towards the success of the initiative. Their roles are outlined as follows.

Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
The central executive authority responsible for implementing the state policy in the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of environmental protection, organization of natural resource use, efficient use of groundwater, mineral raw material resources, and surface natural resources, their restoration, as well as the monitoring and forecasting of hydrometeorological processes, including in the section of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Financial Support:
A public legal entity that provides financial support and attracts investments for initiatives aimed at restoring and reconstructing the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, transforming them into a region of high prosperity and a sustainable economy. It also fosters public-private partnerships in this domain, and conducts necessary promotional activities both domestically and internationally.
The Fund engages in activities of national and public importance.

The “EkoSfera” Public Union has over 20 years of experience in ecological education, healthcare, and the protection of the environment and cultural heritage. It brings together young scientists, teachers, and students, and operates widely at both local and global levels in these fields.
The primary goal of the organization is to support the protection, conservation, and restoration of the environment, Azerbaijan’s cultural and natural heritage, and the health of future generations, as well as to promote the principles of humanism, mercy, and compassion in various areas of life.

A company operating in the field of irrigation systems across the entire territory of Azerbaijan. This includes drip irrigation systems for perennial crops, vegetable fields, sprinkling irrigation systems for landscaping, and the cultivation and growth of agricultural products.
