The 6th Azerbaijan International Exhibition for the Restoration, Reconstruction and Development of Garabagh (“Rebuild Garabagh – 2026”), organized as part of Caspian Construction Week, opened in Baku on October 14.

Running through October 16, the exhibition brings together government institutions, companies, and industry professionals, serving as a platform for discussing initiatives related to the restoration, reconstruction, and sustainable development of Garabagh and East Zangazur.

As in previous years, the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) is participating in “Rebuild Garabagh – 2026” to inform a broad audience about restoration and reconstruction projects in the liberated territories, the Fund’s activities, and efforts to promote a culture of charitable giving among citizens, while encouraging more people to take part in this important mission.

On the first day of the exhibition, visitors to the KRF stand received detailed information about the large-scale restoration and reconstruction efforts being carried out in the liberated territories under the leadership of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. They also learned about the Fund’s activities and the projects and initiatives it implements to provide financial support for the restoration of the liberated territories. Special videos dedicated to the Fund’s work were screened at the stand.

The “Pearls of Karabakh” puzzle game, which has been featured at the Fund’s stand for several years and has attracted considerable interest from visitors, was once again available to exhibition participants. Unlike in previous years, this year’s game includes not only Garabagh’s historical monuments but also new buildings constructed after the Patriotic War. Combining entertainment with educational content, the project symbolizes the preservation of cultural heritage and the revival of Garabagh, while giving visitors an opportunity to learn about the region’s history and contemporary development.

For the first time, this year’s exhibition also featured a quiz at the Fund’s stand, with questions about Garabagh’s history, culture, prominent figures, the Patriotic War, and other topics. By answering the questions, visitors could test their knowledge and learn more about Garabagh in an entertaining and interactive format.

A dedicated corner featuring photographs of Garabagh’s cultural heritage and scenic landscapes, excerpts from poems by renowned poets, folk songs and traditional Azerbaijani bayatis, as well as quotations about Garabagh from speeches by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and other prominent figures, added a distinctive atmosphere to the Fund’s stand.

Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Fund, provided detailed information about its projects and activities to official visitors to the KRF stand, including Masim Mammadov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district; Bashir Hajiyev, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Kalbajar district; Dovletkhan Dovletkhanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture; Elbay Gasimzade, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan; Luca Di Gianfrancesco, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Azerbaijan; Farid Mammadov, Chief Executive Officer of “Iteca Caspian”; and other officials.

As part of the exhibition, visitors also had the opportunity to view the “Revival of Karabakh: The Story of Azerbaijan’s Renaissance” photo exhibition, which showcases restoration and reconstruction efforts in the liberated territories.

It should be noted that “Rebuild Garabagh” is the first and only specialized exhibition dedicated to the restoration of Garabagh. It also serves as an attractive and effective business platform for strengthening public-private partnerships, with the support of numerous government institutions and ministries.

The exhibition aims to draw attention to the positive changes in Garabagh following its liberation, highlight restoration and reconstruction efforts, and encourage businesses to participate in the region’s development and infrastructure recovery, as well as to invest in the region.

We invite everyone interested in learning more about the work being carried out to restore our native Garabagh and contributing to these efforts to visit “Rebuild Garabagh – 2026,” including the Karabakh Revival Fund’s stand.
