A presentation ceremony for the "KarabakhMemorial.com" internet resource was held, commemorating the cherished memory of the civilian population who perished as a result of the military crimes committed by the Armenian Armed Forces against the peaceful population living in cities and villages far from the combat zones during the 44-day Patriotic War, on November 25, 2021.

The event was attended by family members of the young victims of Armenian terrorism. Created by the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) within the framework of the "Karabakh.Center" project, the "KarabakhMemorial.com" internet resource aims to bring the consequences of the terrorism perpetrated by the Armenian armed forces against the civilian population to the attention of the international community, disregarding the norms and principles of international humanitarian law during the Patriotic War.

Although the use of weapons against non-combatants is prohibited under international humanitarian law, the peaceful population lost their lives due to Armenian terrorism, along with immense material damage, including significant destruction of thousands of residential and non-residential buildings, rendering hundreds of vehicles and countless facilities unusable.

The "KarabakhMemorial.com" project includes sections such as "Child Victims", "Civil Victims of Aggression", "Targets of Armenian attacks", and the stories of the 12 young victims of terrorism, presented in three languages.

During the presentation of the "KarabakhMemorial.com" project, speeches were delivered by Rahman Hajiyev, The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund; Sabina Aliyeva, Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Bahar Muradova, Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women, and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Mushfig Jafarov, Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan; and Leyla Abdullayeva, Head of the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It is worth noting that from September 27, 2020, to November 10, 2020, as a result of the crimes committed by the Armenian armed forces against the civilian population of Azerbaijan, including 12 children, 93 people were killed, and 454 people were injured.
