On October 21, 2021, the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund was held. 

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mikayil Jabbarov, the members of the Board including Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev, Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Rovshan Rzayev, Member of Parliament and President of the Public Union "Return to Karabakh" Tural Ganjaliyev, Member of Parliament Fatma Yildirim, Rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics Adalat Muradov, Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages Kamal Abdulla, People's Artist of Azerbaijan Alim Gasimov and also the Chairman of the Fund’s Executive Board Rahman Hajiyev participated. 

During the meeting, Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of the Fund’s Executive Board, provided detailed information to the Supervisory Board about the work carried out by the Fund, as well as documents and proposals regarding the projects planned for implementation. 

During the meeting, the participants conducted detailed discussions on the financial support allocated for the projects to be implemented in Karabakh. Discussions included the allocation of financial support for the restoration of historical monuments, implementation of projects for ecological restoration in Karabakh, fundraising efforts, amendments to the Fund’s organizational structure, and other ongoing matters. 

The Supervisory Board approved the projects planned to be implemented by the Fund by the end of 2021. 

At the end of the meeting, the participants highlighted the work done in the direction of the restoration of the liberated territories and the significant tasks ahead. They noted that while our lands were under occupation, all of this seemed like a dream. However, thanks to the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the victory of the Victorious Azerbaijani Army, our lands have returned to their rightful owners.  It was emphasized that we are now fortunate to be discussing the allocation of financial resources to those territories and the revitalization of life there.

The Supervisory Board expressed their approval of the Fund’s work and activities, providing relevant instructions to the Executive Board.
