

On May 26, a meeting titled "Purpose, Trust, and Solidarity: Uniting Corporate Leadership for Karabakh's Revival" was held to encourage support for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories. The event was jointly organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF) and Opalus Partners Group.
The meeting, held within the framework of the “Friends of the Karabakh Revival Fund” business platform, was attended by Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund; Elnur Nasibov, Chairman of the Board of the Education Development Fund; Ilgar Nuri, Founder of Veyseloglu Group of Companies and Advisor to the CEO; Chimnaz Gasimova, Director of Opalus Partners Group; as well as donors and partners of the Fund and representatives of several government agencies and companies.
The purpose of the meeting was to present information on the ongoing reconstruction efforts in the liberated territories, including the activities and projects implemented by the Fund, and to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences on fostering a culture of corporate donations among institutions and companies.
In his speech, Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, noted that under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, large-scale reconstruction work is rapidly progressing in the liberated territories. He shared details of the projects implemented by the Fund in this direction and highlighted the Fund’s priority areas and financial indicators to date.
Elnur Nasibov, Chairman of the Education Development Fund, shared his views on future cooperation with the Karabakh Revival Fund, particularly regarding the rebuilding of the education system in the liberated areas and the training of qualified professionals.
Ilgar Nuri, Founder of Veyseloglu Group of Companies and advisor to the CEO, spoke about the culture of giving in Azerbaijan and the role of donations in the restoration of liberated areas. He noted their participation as a donor and partner in several of the Fund’s projects and called on other companies to collaborate closely with KRF, thereby contributing to the revival and development of Karabakh.
Rashad Gasimzade, Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board of KRF, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the projects financed and implemented by the Fund.

Recalling that May 28 marks Independence Day and July 22 commemorates the 150th anniversary of the national press, Parvin Baghirova invited participants to become part of the meaningful mission of rebuilding Karabakh by making donations to the Fund. She also shared details on several key initiatives of the Fund, including “Colors of Karabakh,” the “Revival Cup” football tournament, the “Night of Karabakh” charity concert, and the “What? Where? When?” intellectual charity tournament, emphasizing the importance of supporting public initiatives to enhance social impact.
Announcing the upcoming "Night of Karabakh" charity concert to be held on June 26, 2025, Parvin Baghirova called on everyone to purchase tickets and support the reconstruction of the liberated territories.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants exchanged views on promoting corporate volunteerism, channeling employees’ knowledge, skills, and resources toward social benefit, and encouraging public-interest initiatives in this direction.
