Parvin Mammadova has been appointed to the position of Coordinator for Public Relations and Communication of the Karabakh Revival Fund, established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 4, 2021.
Parvin Mammadova, born on June 19, 1989, in the Masally district, graduated from the Translation Faculty of Baku Slavic University from 2008 to 2012. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University in Turkey.
Starting her professional career as a correspondent at Azad Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in 2011, Parvin Mammadova later worked as a presenter at MTV Azerbaijan Television. From 2014 to 2016, she served as the Head Specialist at the Public Relations Department of the Center for Intelligent Transport Management, and from 2016 to 2018, she worked as a leading consultant at the Public Relations Department of the State Automobile Transport Service under the Ministry of Transport.
Continuing her career as the head of the press service at the Baku International Bus Terminal Complex, Parvin Mammadova most recently worked as the director of the Information and Public Relations Department at Odlar Yurdu University.
It's worth noting that the Karabakh Revival Fund was established to provide financial support for initiatives aimed at the restoration and reconstruction of the territories liberated from occupation by the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as to attract investments and promote public-private partnerships in this area, both domestically and internationally, to ensure sustainable economic development and prosperity in the region.
