Aside from the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the liberation of the Karabakh region from Armenian occupation, the extent of destruction, with hundreds of residential areas and thousands of buildings practically razed to the ground by Armenian aggressors, has been staggering.

The damage extends beyond material objects, historical monuments, and architectural treasures. The relentless exploitation of natural resources, deforestation, and contamination of rivers and lakes have also significantly harmed the region's ecology.

To successfully carry out restoration and reconstruction efforts, it's crucial to unite the efforts of the state, society, and our diaspora.

The Karabakh Revival Fund, established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, serves as a unique platform for consolidating these efforts.

The Fund is a public legal entity that provides financial support for measures aimed at the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories, as well as the transformation of the region into a resilient economy and a prosperous region.
