Delivering comprehensive information to the general public about the illegal activities conducted by Armenians in these territories and the damage inflicted on Karabakh as a result of occupation holds particular importance in the activities of the Karabakh Revival Fund.
For this purpose, the Karabakh Revival Fund regularly organizes the "Urbicide in Karabakh" exhibition, which features images depicting the destruction caused by Armenians in Karabakh, across various platforms.
Under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev and organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, the 8th Global Baku Forum on the theme "The World After COVID-19" was held on November 4-6, 2021.
During the Baku Forum, high-level representatives from more than 40 countries, former heads of state and government, officials from international and non-governmental organizations, as well as other influential guests, participated.
As part of the three-day event, the "Urbicide in Karabakh" photo exhibition was showcased based on the "Karabakh.Center" project, initiated by the First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva. The exhibition aimed to systematize objective information about the reasons for the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict and the consequences of Armenia's aggression, delivering it to the wider public.
It should be noted that the same exhibition, along with the "Urbicide in Karabakh" video depicting the destroyed buildings and historical monuments, was showcased on November 5, 2021, at ADA University. The event titled "The 44-Day Victory Path" was attended by Hafiz Pashayev the Rector of ADA University, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Jeykhun Bayramov Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cagri Erhan Rector of Altinbas University in Turkey and Member of the Security and Foreign Policy Council under the President of Turkey, Igor Korotchenko Chief Editor of the Russian National Defense Journal and military expert, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan.
The "Karabakh.Center" website provides the Azerbaijani people with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the extent of the damage to the material and cultural heritage of Karabakh, as well as its biodiversity and natural resources, based on specific examples.
This project includes over 10,000 photographs and video footage of destroyed and severely damaged objects in the occupied territories. All photos and videos are located in the "Urbicide" section of the website. Additionally, the section also contains hundreds of photographs taken before the occupation, showcasing architectural landmarks. You can access the website at https://karabakh.center/en.
