The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund Rahman Hajiyev and the leader of the "Yukselish" competition's Work Group, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan Farhad Hajiyev, held a meeting.

In the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation opportunities between the two institutions.

During the meeting held on March 15, the main topic of discussion was the potential use of the database of participants in the mentioned competition for Karabakh Revival Fund's prospective collaborators.

During the meeting, R. Hajiyev talked about the goals and objectives set by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in front of the Fund, as well as touched upon the possible collaboration between the two institutions.

"Mister President has repeatedly emphasized that one of the main tasks facing our country is the development of human capital. The ‘Yukselish’ competition serves this purpose. Therefore, we are interested in cooperation. For example, we will soon start the process of searching for candidates to join our Fund team. We are interested in collaborating because we want to learn about the existing database and experience of the ‘Yukselish’ competition," said R. Hajiyev.

In turn, F. Hajiyev spoke about the goals, objectives, and future plans of the "Yukselish" competition, which is an important means for enriching and shaping the national reserve of personnel. He also noted that nearly 10,000 people participated in the competition overall.

"In the near future, the competition has completed its preliminary stage, and based on the results of this stage, 309 participants have earned tickets to the semi-finals. We witness significant competition among the participants: many of them possess professional qualifications, deep knowledge, rich experience, and great managerial potential. The participants of the competition constitute Azerbaijan's 'golden' reserve of personnel. Taking this into account, we propose not only to consider the semi-finalists but also to consider all participants of the preliminary stage, more than 700 people, as candidates," said F. Hajiyev.

According to R. Hajiyev, the search for potential collaborators will not be limited to the surveys offered by the "Yukselish" competition. He stated that any prospective job seeker can apply to the Fund by sending their CV to info@qdf.gov.az email address. CVs will be reviewed, and suitable candidates will be considered.

R. Hajiyev stated that after the Fund resolves organizational issues in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation and its internal procedures, the relevant job seekers will be invited for an interview, and the process of forming the working team will begin.

"Currently, we are busy collecting information", he added.

During the meeting, the important role and significance of the "Yukselish" competition, which was established by the Presidential Decree dated July 26, 2019, for identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual level and managerial skills, and for creating a personnel reserve bank in the country, were also noted.
