Rahman Hajiyev, met with the winner of the third "Yukselish" competition

The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev, met with the winner of the third "Yukselish" competition, Azad Qaribov, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.

Congratulating Azad Qaribov for his participation as a winner in the third "Yukselish" competition, the Chairman of the Executive Board wished him success in his future endeavors.

Rahman Hajiyev listened to the winner's expectations from the Mentorship Program, emphasizing that this program should contribute to the development of winners' existing potential and the enhancement of their knowledge and skills in their chosen direction. Rahman Hajiyev expressed his intention to closely collaborate with the competition winner based on individual development plans and assured his support for the successful implementation of the Mentorship Program at a high level.

The third "Yukselish" competition winner, Azad Qaribov, thanked Rahman Hajiyev for the opportunity created within the Mentorship Program and expressed his desire to benefit from his personal experience.

It is worth noting that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition covers citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with higher education and managerial experience aged between 21 and 51 years.

The competition consists of five stages - registration, online selection, live selection, semi-final, and final. Competition winners receive individual development plans and self-development grants of 20,000 AZN each from the executive leaders (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html).

It should be noted that the decree on the conduct of the next, fourth "Yukselish" competition was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 25, 2023.
