Meeting organized between the Karabakh Revival Fund and Leading Business Institutions

On June 9, 2023, a meeting organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund with the participation of the country's leading business institutions took place.

The meeting was attended by Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Beshir Hajiyev, Deputy of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the liberated territories, Nargiz Abdullayeva, the Head of the Working Group on the organization of the Museum Complexes of Occupation and Victory in the liberated territories and the restoration of other cultural institutions of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as top executives and representatives of the country's leading business institutions, television channel executives, and members of the public.

During the event, discussions were held on the potential of investment in Karabakh, the promotion of promising directions, the collection and analysis of proposals from potential investors, and other related topics.

Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, delivered a presentation, providing extensive information to the participants about the Fuzuli Central Park to be established in Fuzuli city with the support and financial assistance of the Fund.

He noted that the concept-project of the park has been prepared taking into account the instructions and recommendations of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva. The establishment of the park will not only contribute significantly to the restoration of ecological balance in the area but will also transform it into one of the most beautiful places for both the residents of Fuzuli and the city's visitors.

During the planning of the park, the President highlighted the use of international best practices.

Beshir Hajiyev, the deputy of Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the liberated territories, spoke on the topic "Karabakh: Reconstruction and Development, Investment Opportunities in the region", providing information about the construction and reconstruction works carried out in the liberated territories.

Nargiz Abdullayeva, the Head of the Working Group on the organization of the Museum Complexes of Occupation and Victory in the liberated territories and the restoration of other cultural institutions of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, discussed the progress of the restoration works in the Panahali Khan's Palace complex located in the Agdam region.

Pervin Bagirova, the Director of the Fund's Fundraising and Communication Department, provided detailed information about the "Karabakh Night" charity concert. It should be noted that the proceeds from the concert, scheduled to be held on June 17, 2023, in Ganja, will be directed towards the restoration of the Panahali Khan's Palace complex located in the Agdam region.

Bagirova invited everyone to attend the magnificent "Karabakh Night" concert by purchasing tickets and supporting the restoration of Karabakh.

Beshir Hajiyev, the deputy of Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the liberated territories, proposed holding the next "Karabakh Night" charity concert in the Agdam region after the concert scheduled for the autumn months in Baku.

Following the speeches, certificates of appreciation were presented to donors who support the restoration and reconstruction efforts in Karabakh. Veyseloglu Group of Companies Monitoring Board Member Ilgar Nuriyev, President of the Aurora Group Jeykhun Abbasov, and Director of the Elitar Gymnasium named after Ilyas Afendiyev Sadaat Jahandarova were presented with "Donation Certificates".

It should be noted that the Veyseloglu Group of Companies donated a 10-ton water tanker on an Isuzu chassis to transport water to the fields and plantations in the Zangilan region through the support and mediation of the Karabakh Revival Fund. The Aurora Group has repeatedly donated to the Karabakh Revival Fund, supporting the restoration works in our liberated territories.
