Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, met with the graduates of ADA University.
The meeting took place in a sincere format behind a tea table, where Rahman Haiyev shared his experience in management and personal development with the graduates. He advised them to remain open to innovations, to learn new technologies, and emphasized the importance of self-improvement to understand the changing demands of the professional world. He particularly emphasized the importance of alumni networks in this regard.
During the meeting, the Chairman of Executive Board provided detailed information to the participants about the main directions of the activities of the Karabakh Revival Fund, the work done, and the projects implemented with the support of the Fund in the liberated territories based on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated January 4, 2021.
Speaking about the role of youth in the reconstruction of Karabakh, Rahman Hajiyev emphasized the significance of regular meetings with them. According to him, during these meetings, information about the large-scale construction and reconstruction works carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev in the liberated territories, as well as the activities and projects implemented by the Fund, are provided to the youth, and their opinions and suggestions are listened to.
The meeting then continued in a dialogue and discussion format. Discussions revolved around the reconstruction of the liberated territories, education, and personal development, and the desires and aspirations of the graduates were heard.
The ADA graduates expressed their gratitude to Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, for sharing his experience in management and personal development and for his advice. They believed that the knowledge they acquired would be beneficial for their future careers.
