The Chairman of the Executive Board of Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev, met with a delegation led by Kaspars Rozkalns, the Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, who was on a visit to our country.
The meeting was attended by Alise Pika Ozola, Economic Policy Advisor to the President of Latvia, Kaspars Mekons, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Janis Zeltins, CEO of Vizulo Solutions LLC, Maris Egle, Director of Wateriga LLC, Karlis Saltups, Executive Director of Cobalt LLC, and Reinis Predelis, Founder of Studio Around LLC.
Rahman Hajiyev, discussed the establishment of the Karabakh Revival Fund, its strategic directions covering the years 2022-2025, its main goals and objectives, as well as ongoing and current projects. He provided detailed information on the significant work carried out in Karabakh shortly after the liberation of our territories under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Rahman Hajiyev spoke about the damages caused by the occupation, emphasizing that the scale of the damage inflicted on our country as a result of the occupation is beyond measure. While discussing the damages, he also provided information about the "Karabakh.Center" internet resource, which emerged through the initiative of the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, where detailed information about the damages is reflected.
The President of the Board emphasized the importance of transparency in the activities of the Karabakh Revival Fund, particularly in promoting the culture of donations and providing information about the donations received.
During the meeting, there was an exchange of views on the current activities in Karabakh.
