President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree amending the Charter of the Karabakh Revival Fund.
The Decree states:
"Based on Article 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
To amend the Charter of the Karabakh Revival Fund, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 19, 2021, No. 1253 (Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2021, No. 1, Article 23) as follows:
1. In paragraph 1.1, replace the words "within the country and abroad" with the words "information support, enlightenment, and activities within the country and abroad."
2. Add the following subparagraph 3.2.10-1:
"3.2.10-1. Create a public legal entity with the consent of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on issues related to the Fund's activities."
3. Add the words ", as well as establish media entities with the consent of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" after the words "publishing" in subparagraph 3.2.11."
