Rahman Hajiyev met with the winners of the second “Yukselish” competition

On February 16, Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, met with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, Elshan Haziyev and Vusala Bayramova, within the framework of the mentoring program for the competition.

The Chairman of the Executive Board of the Fund congratulated Elshan Haziyev and Vusala Bayramova on their success in the second "Yukselish" competition and wished them success in their future endeavors.

Rahman Hajiyev expressed his thoughts on the expectations from the mentoring program, emphasizing that it should contribute to developing the winners' existing potential and enhance their knowledge and skills in their desired direction.

He mentioned that based on individual development plans, he would closely collaborate with the winners of the competition and spare no support to implement the mentoring program at a high level.

Elshan Haziyev and Vusala Bayramova, the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, expressed their gratitude for the opportunity created by Rahman Hajiyev within the mentoring program and their sincere acceptance. They indicated their desire to benefit from his personal experience.

It is worth noting that Rahman Hajiyev previously participated as a mentor in the mentoring program of the first "Yukselish" competition, mentoring the winners, Ulker Malikova and Samaddin Abbasov.

It should be noted that the " Yukselish" competition was established to identify and support promising leaders with high intellectual and managerial skills, aiming to create a reserve of personnel in the country, according to the decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019.
