It should be emphasized that, based on the instructions of the country's leadership, large-scale restoration and construction works are currently underway in the liberated territories - thousands of kilometers of new roads are being built, infrastructure is being restored, residential buildings and facilities are being constructed, airports and railways are being built.

The role of the citizenry, alongside the state, is crucial in the process of rebuilding cities, hundreds of villages and towns, tens of thousands of buildings, residential areas, large infrastructure systems and transportation routes, as well as in the process of returning nearly one million Karabakh residents to their homeland.
