On April 18, 2022, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education and the Karabakh Revival Fund.
The Memorandum was signed by the Minister of Education, Emin Amrullayev, and the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, Rahman Hajiyev.
The main purpose of the Memorandum is to contribute to the transformation of the liberated territories into regions of high prosperity by implementing joint projects and events within the framework of cooperation.
The Memorandum outlines various objectives, including supporting the development of education, studying and implementing the experience of foreign countries, conducting research on workforce needs, promoting public-private partnerships in the education sector, promoting a culture of philanthropy in relevant institutions using the resources of the education system, and other related matters.
Additionally, the Memorandum emphasizes the dissemination of information about the damage inflicted on the Karabakh region as a result of occupation among participants in the education system, other interested individuals, and groups, as well as the realization of joint projects aimed at promoting youth participation.
During the meeting, Minister Emin Amrullayev and Chairman Rahman Hajiyev exchanged detailed views on the projects envisaged within the framework of cooperation.
Both parties expressed their confidence that this collaboration will contribute to sustainable development in the liberated territories, create favorable living conditions, and play a significant role in the development of education in these areas.
