On November 13, 2021, the Karabakh Revival Fund organized a brainstorming session to exchange ideas with the winners and finalists of the "Yukselish" competition.
The purpose of the meeting was to leverage the potential of the finalists of the "Yukselish" competition in the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories and to evaluate proposals and significant initiatives that could contribute to the development and progress of Karabakh.
During the meeting, Rahman Hajiyev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Karabakh Revival Fund, the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and the leader of the "Yukselish" Working Group Farhad Hajiyev, and the winners and finalists of the "Yukselish" competition participated.
Rahman Hajiyev welcomed the participants of the event and provided detailed information about the establishment of the Karabakh Revival Fund, its main goals and objectives, mission, values, and the activities carried out in accordance with the strategy approved by the Supervisory Board of the Fund.
He also spoke about the new realities that emerged after the Victory achieved by the victorious Azerbaijani Army under the leadership of the Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev R. Hajiyev emphasized the importance of ensuring the availability of high-quality human resources and the implementation of a modern management system for the transformation of Karabakh, which has been under Armenian occupation for nearly 30 years, into a region with high prosperity.

During the event, a video exhibition titled "Urbicide in Karabakh," prepared based on materials from the "Karabakh.Center" project, initiated by the honorable First Vice President of Azerbaijan, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, was presented.This exhibition depicted destroyed buildings and historical monuments in Karabakh.
Subsequently, Farhad Hajiyev, the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and the leader of the "Yukselish" Working Group, provided information about the goals and objectives of the important project "Yukselish" aimed at enriching and forming the national cadre reserve, as well as its future plans. He added that the projects presented within the framework of the "Yukselish" competition could play a significant role in the restoration and reconstruction process of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
Farhad Hajiyev highly appreciated the joint activities with the Karabakh Revival Fund in these areas and emphasized the importance of further developing relations in the future.
During the meeting, a total of 15 projects covering information technology, education, food industry, agriculture, energy, and ecology, aimed at contributing to the rapid restoration of the Karabakh region, were presented by the participants of the competition.
It is worth noting that the projects presented by the winners and finalists of the "Yukselish" competition will be submitted to the relevant state authorities for evaluation.
Additionally, the possibility of implementing projects that align with the goals specified in the Fund's Charter will be evaluated.
The meeting concluded with a session of idea exchange.
