Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund participated as a Mentor in the final stage of the “Yükselish” Competition

The final stage of the fourth “Yukselish” competition has concluded.

On the last day of the final round, mentors included representatives of the Presidential Administration, heads of various state institutions, and Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund.

A total of 118 participants, who successfully advanced through the competition’s four previous stages, competed in the final. Under the observation of the Organizing Committee members and mentors, the participants completed tasks based on the “Mentor Case.” After presenting their solutions, participants answered questions from the mentors and were evaluated by them.

Each mentor awarded a score to one finalist in their group who demonstrated exceptional skills. The mentor scores will be added to the participants’ overall scores. The winners of the fourth “Yukselish” competition will be announced in the coming days.

It should be noted that the “Yukselish” competition was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019. The competition winners receive a one-year personal development plan from their mentors and a cash prize of 20,000 AZN to support their self-improvement.

The organization of the fourth “Yukselish” competition was approved by a Presidential Decree signed by Ilham Aliyev on December 25, 2023.
