The certificate, granted following an audit conducted by TÜV Austria GMBH, is valid until August 4, 2025.
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard for quality management that helps organizations across various sectors improve their performance, meet stakeholder expectations, and demonstrate their commitment to quality. Its requirements define the procedures for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a quality management system.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the Fund’s Charter approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the KRF is required to apply progressive corporate governance standards in its operations and management. Moreover, institutional development has been identified as one of the key focus areas in the near term, based on priorities approved by the Supervisory Board.
Rahman Hajıyev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, emphasized that the ISO 9001:2015 certification affirms the Fund’s commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all its operations and activities, while also reflecting its ongoing institutional development.
He also stated that the certification would strengthen trust and credibility among the Fund’s beneficiaries, partners, donors, and a broad range of stakeholders.
“The preparation for the audit included several internal audits, training programs, and process improvements. We are extremely proud of our team for achieving this success. Looking ahead, we aim to renew this certification, and we will work to align our operations with other relevant ISO standards to obtain additional certifications. We are committed to continuing our efforts towards the institutional development of the Fund,” said Rahman Hajıyev.
